Senior Executive - Sales & Marketing

-Sales Strategy and Execution:




-Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.


-Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand customer base.


-Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.


-Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.


-Collaborate with the sales team to develop and improve sales pitches and presentations.





-Marketing Strategy and Campaigns:




-Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels including email, content marketing, and paid advertising.


-Conduct market research to identify trends and insights for business growth.


-Develop marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.


-Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.





-Social Media Management:




-Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.


-Manage and oversee social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community management.


-Analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.


-Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to ensure the company remains relevant and competitive.





-Content Creation and Management:




-Create high-quality content for various platforms including blogs, social media, websites, and newsletters.


-Work closely with the design team to produce engaging visual content.


-Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and messaging.





-Customer Relationship Management (CRM):




-Utilize CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data.


-Develop and maintain customer loyalty programs.


-Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.





-Team Collaboration and Leadership:




-Mentor and guide junior members of the sales and marketing team.


-Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

-Malaysian Citizenship


-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.


-Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.


-Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.


-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


-Proficiency in using CRM software and marketing tools


-Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.


-Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize marketing performance.
