This position handles and supports day-to-day sales and operations for B2B financing business.
Job scopes include collaboration with dealers to monitor and execute daily APO utilization within business SOP, cross-selling insurance products, and coming up with action plans to achieve sales targets.
Meanwhile, provide good support and maintain relationships with dealers to achieve TAT benchmarks for both sides.
Education:Possess at least a STPM/ Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
Job Related Experience:More than 2 years' experience in sales and marketing positions, preferably in the auto financing industry, including relevant product knowledge and industry market know-how.
Specific Knowledge / Skills:Leadership, Analytical and Presentation skills.
Business Understanding:Full knowledge of end-to-end sales cycle and product knowledge.Your Day-to-Day
Build and maintain positive work relationships with internal & external business partners to create a rapport that facilitates patronage and generates revenue.
Employ knowledge of products and services in providing appropriate responses to inquiries and assisting with the resolution of issues or complaints.
Ensure compliance with customer service standards and proper relationship management.
Ensure daily business conduct within business SOP and Code of Conduct.

Initiate, define, plan, and communicate daily sales activities to ensure stable business growth and smooth operations.
Foster good relationships with all stakeholders through effective communication, and assist to ensure all new business implementations successfully roll out.
Maintain good relations with business partners to achieve long-term business relationships for win-win partnerships.
Keep up to date with the latest market trends and information to take immediate action plans catering to different market needs.
Analyze performance of individual business pillars through detailed reports and identify necessary action plans from the analysis.
