Proactively engage with both local and international customers, presenting the project development and maintaining a communicative relationship with customers.
Consistently furnish the company with well-founded, specialized research reports on industrial real estate, leveraging market analyses to offer crucial information backing significant corporate determinations.
Build broad connections with diverse industry firms/associations and intermediaries to amplify marketing avenues.
Depending on the evolving departmental emphases, tasks such as managing customer information, conducting market/product research, and executing marketing activities can be effectively managed.
Skills and Requirements
Degree graduate holder in business/sales/real estate or equivalent
1-2 years of working experience in property or a similar field
Willing to travel
Great learning curve and huge network exposure opportunity
