ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing & implementing sales & marketing plans and strategies to meet company's objectives.
Conduct market surveys, provide details to management, and keep track of marketing trends.
Plan, organise, and implement sales launches, advertisement, and promotion activities.
Maintain websites and Facebook page while analyzing data analytics.
Liaise with relevant authorities and ensure APDL is active and monitored regularly.
Manage the production of marketing collaterals.
Assist in planning and preparing customer engagement campaigns.
Assist in managing public relations and communications to strengthen brand presence.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
QualificationsDegree/Diploma holder in Marketing or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years working experience in Marketing in the property development industry or related field.
Language required: Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Ability to converse in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience in sales of residential and commercial properties.
Willing to travel and work in Selangor/Kuala Lumpur.
