Responsibilities:
In charge of Banca LIAM licensing, which consists of:
New bank staff / Financial Executive (FE) / Area Sales Manager (ASM) licensing and maintenance of licensing update
Monthly renewal update
Movement of bank staff / FE / ASM, i.e., transfer unit, termination, reinstatement
Observation of LIAM ruling and guidelines to ensure Banca licensing practice is aligned with the guidelines
Code creation & maintenance in system (RCMS)
Ensure code creation & maintenance in system is accurate and completed within the turnaround time of T + 1
Attend to code creation / maintenance enquiry
Transfer of policy
Attend to request of transfer of policy within agreed TAT
Prepare commission file & payment file for banca channel (inclusive DMTM and Digital & Partnership channel) on a monthly basis
Replacement of Policies (ROP)
Process ROP cases under FE channel for withholding of commission / clawing back of commission within the stipulated timeline
Preparation of daily/weekly/monthly reporting within the stipulated timeline as agreed with partners
Any duties as assigned from time to time
System UAT for new product to be launched
Backup other sales support staff, as and when need arises
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree holder or equivalent credential, preferably with a background in Mathematics/Statistics.
Preferable with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the life insurance industry.
Strong interpersonal and pleasant personality.
Confident and able to communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external customers.
Proactive and able to work with minimum supervision to meet tight deadlines.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint applications.
