- Support the Security Manager in maintaining MIMOS Security systems and records to ensure continuous operation of security scanning devices by conducting regular site visits and monitoring security activities, while enforcing compliance with S.O.P.
- Supervise security-related matters, including Surveillance System CCTV/ID Access/Vehicle Registration Database management.
- Develop customized security plans and protocols for executives based on their specific needs.
- Implement physical security measures to safeguard executives, including secure transportation, residences/offices, and access control.
- Monitor for potential threats or suspicious activities online and offline for threat detection.
- Prepare for and respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies as part of emergency response efforts.
- Provide security training and guidance to supervisors and staff on best practices and emergency procedures.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required to address security concerns and mitigate risks.
- Regularly assess and enhance security measures to adapt to evolving threats and circumstances.
- Ensure all system equipment is functioning and available for deployment as needed, while assisting in reviewing policies and S.O.P. to meet security standards and regulations.

- Security professionals with a background in Police forces or Armed Forces are highly trained.
- Extensive background in security, law enforcement, or military.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in handling security systems and Crisis management along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certified in basic first aid, capable of leading security teams in various exercises, and possesses soft skills like discretion, confidentiality, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
