Senior Executive- Sustainability

Perform tasks as assigned which include but are not limited to:
Lead and guide junior team members.
Proactive in identifying and improving processes and procedures.
Work with various working committees to implement sustainability initiatives that are in line with Group's direction.
Manage internal and external stakeholders.
Keep up to date with ESG reporting frameworks.
Prepare sustainability report and statements as per regulatory requirement in Malaysia.
Conduct ESG materiality surveys.
Analyze sustainability indices & ratings.
Able to work with huge data sets, and interpret, analyze and visualize data.
Prepare presentation decks regarding the data and present it if necessary.
Manage different projects concurrently.
Academic Requirements
A good Degree in Engineering / Science subjects related to Sustainability, Sustainable Development, Built Environment, Environmental Management or equivalent from a recognized university (Science / engineering graduates from other fields also can be considered).
Non-science / non-engineering graduates to be considered with relevant experience.
Graduated with a 2nd class and above degree.
Minimum Band 4 or equivalent in English competency.
Keen interest in sustainability issues.
Ability to work with huge data sets.
Basic problem solving and escalation management skills.
Knowledge on the sustainability reporting landscape (e.g.
Bursa's Sustainability Reporting Guide, GRI Standards, etc.)
is an added advantage.
