Zalora Strategy (Senior Executive). About the Team: As part of this role, you will be part of the Zalora Strategy team and collaborate closely with the Chief Commercial Officer to drive initiatives aimed at driving the commercial's growth. Responsibilities : Business Analysis: ? Analyze business performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
? Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership. ? Provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on performance data.
Project Management/Process Improvement: ? Work with function stakeholders to lead and drive projects that enable business improvement and transformation ? Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. ? Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project resources effectively. Stakeholder Engagement: ? Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather commercial insights and build consensus. ? Communicate strategic plans and progress updates to all levels of the organization. Requirements: ? Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with an analytical and data driven mindset.
? Great interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with different departments and/or functions. ?
