Senior Field Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities: • Provide machinery installation, retrofit, maintenance, and calibration services.
• Respond to customer service requests to troubleshoot problems, take corrective actions, and complete on-site repairs including testing of the system.
• To provide excellent customer technical support, after-sales preventive maintenance, and operation training.
• To assist the sales division in preparing engineering documents/drawings/sample
• Familiar with Semiconductor machines such as sorter, Descum, coating, 6-axis robot arm, etc.
• Able to prepare an incident report, machine buy-off report, and simple SOP.
• Applicants MUST be willing to work in Perak, Ipoh.
Job Requirements: • Bachelor Degree in Engineering or relevant.
• Preferable 2 to 3 years of Semiconductor field experience.
• Able to communicate and write in Bahasa Malaysia & English (MUET > = Band 3).
• Able to speak/write in Mandarin will be added advantage.
• Required skills: Microsoft Office and PC literacy.
• Good discipline, punctuality, ability to deliver requested tasks and result-oriented.
• Willing to learn new skills and work as a team.
• Willing to travel Outstation when necessary & has own transport.
• Must be able to work independently & under pressure conditions.
