And our global opportunities are endless for you to grow and get recognized for your passion to perform.We are currently seeking aSenior Finance Analystto join our team in our Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur office.Key Responsibilities:Managing business P&L: Revenue to Operating incomePartner with the general manager in achieving business outcomes (Order, revenue, and operating income) including driving initiatives around the same, providing decision support analysisDrive working capital outcomes: Monitoring/driving collections, inventory reduction, and billing actionsWill be part of driving strategy, pricing, and other business decisionsResponsible for weekly forecasting, month-end book closing, variance reporting, price/margin analysis, fixed cost analysis, budgeting exercise, and support ad hoc/operational requirements to support business from a finance perspectiveWould be part of and drive reviews, discussions with key leaders/stakeholdersMust have:5-7 years experience relevant to the Senior Finance Analyst levelExperience in Commercial/Business/Operational finance (experience in Financial Planning and Analysis is an added advantage)Finance/Accounting professional degree (CPA/Commerce graduate/equivalent)Experience in working with multi-national organizations (international, matrixed organizations)Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment and with tight deadlinesStrong work ethic with a hands-on approachExperience working on SAP/ERP systemsWe value:Good knowledge of working with tools like Excel and PowerPointFlexible, dynamic, and open to rapid changeGood communication skills; Ability to articulate financial data to leaders/stakeholders (especially to people with non-finance backgrounds)Who We Are
