Senior Finance Associate (Fiat)

ResponsibilitiesManage daily settlements and process fiat and digital asset transactions.
Daily processing of payments and expense reports in an accurate and timely manner.
Perform reconciliation of bank account balances and system account balances.
Support reporting activities to ensure adequate liquidity.
Working closely with internal teams to resolve operation matters like platform, API setup, testing and refund.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job RequirementsAt least 2 - 3 years of work experience, preferably started their career in an audit environment, experience in Crypto/Fintech industry is advantageous.
A degree in Finance, Accounting or related field, or qualified accountant ACCA, CIMA, ACA, etc.
Ability to identify the control weaknesses on daily operations and implement process improvements.
Take ownership, leadership and proactive in problem solving.
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
Experience with financial planning software and familiarity with blockchain analytics tools is advantageous.
Good problem-solving skills.
A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently.
Proficient in English & Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking stakeholders.
