Job Responsibilities:Conducting Financial Analysis and providing insights on budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
This involves analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement.
Preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial information to management and external stakeholders.
Assisting in the development and monitoring of budgets and forecasts.
Collaborating with other departments to gather information and analyze variances between actual results and budgeted expectations.
Monitoring expenses and analyzing cost drivers to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
Implementing cost control measures and providing recommendations to management.
Performing day-to-day accounting tasks, such as recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring adherence to accounting principles and standards.
Assisting in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards, such as GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) or IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
Coordinating with auditors during financial audits and providing necessary documentation.
Participating in the implementation and enhancement of financial systems and processes.
Communicating financial information and analysis to internal stakeholders, such as senior management, department heads, and cross-functional teams.
Providing financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
Identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation, and standardization within the finance and accounting function.
Implementing best practices and driving efficiency enhancements.
Requirements:Financial Analysis - Proficiency in financial analysis techniques, such as ratio analysis, trend analysis, and variance analysis, is essential for evaluating financial performance and making informed decisions.
Financial Reporting - Knowledge of financial reporting standards (such as GAAP or IFRS) and experience in preparing financial statements is important.
Familiarity with accounting software and tools for financial reporting is also beneficial.
Budgeting and Forecasting - Understanding budgeting processes and experience in developing and monitoring budgets and forecasts is valuable.
Proficiency in using spreadsheet software for financial modeling and analysis is often required.
Accounting Principles - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices is necessary for general accounting tasks, including recording transactions, reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Compliance and Audit - Knowledge of financial regulations, compliance requirements, and experience in coordinating financial audits is important.
Understanding internal control procedures and risk management principles is also valuable.

Salary Range:RM3,500 - RM4,500
