Across all our businesses and countries, each one of our people leaves their markin shaping society .We believe thatleaving a markis a true challenge and opportunity for every one of us.We believe thatleaving a markis a sign of trust and impact.We believe thatleaving a markis a bond with the future.We believe thatleaving a markis proof of growth and development.Being part of the BV family is more than just working; it's being convinced that youwill leave your mark... in shaping a world of Trust .Job Responsibilities:Responsible for the full spectrum of financial and accounting functions.Responsible for the monthly closing of accounts within stipulated deadlines.Monitor closely on Debtor's aging and provide a weekly report to highlight customers at risk of bad debts.Ensure all financial reports are submitted to the holding company.Lead and supervise a team of accounts staff to ensure timely preparation of all relevant financial reports and tax planning.Responsible for monthly group cash flow forecasts and perform necessary analysis on cost, budget, and revenue.Ensure sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.Ensure compliance with accounting policies and standards.Monitor CAPEX spending.Review SST submission and ensure SST compliance.Liaise with both internal and external parties including bankers, insurance agents, auditors, tax agents, and company secretary.Plan annual audit and tax return.Perform any duties as assigned by Management.Periodic financial reporting and monitoring of financial results against budget/projected financial targets.
Perform periodic financial reviews/forecasts.Coordinate and prepare financial budget and/or projections and annual performance targets.Job Requirements:Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy / Financial or Professional Degree from a reputable institution.Competent in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Attention to detail, proactive, independent, and possess good financial analytical skills.Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Strong business acumen and internal control skills.Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with salespersons and operations staff at all management levels.At least 3 years of experience in a related field or at least 3 years of managerial experience.Preferably experience in supervising a small team (5-10 persons).Excellent leadership and management skills.Possesses self-initiative and assertiveness, able to communicate with people of all levels.Good communication skills with fluency in English.Alternate Saturday half day.Join an inclusive, flexible, and diverse company where you can thrive while contributing to positively transforming the world we live in.#J-18808-Ljbffr
