Senior Finance Executive

Responsibilities:Financial Reporting:Prepare and analyse monthly financial statements and management reports.
Budgeting & Forecasting:Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning for ongoing projects.
Cash Flow Forecasting:Manage cash flow forecasting and planning to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations and project financing.
Bank Facilities Reporting:Prepare and manage monthly bank facilities reports, including loan drawdowns, repayments, interest schedules, redemption reports, and documentation for bank guarantees, while monitoring compliance with guarantee requirements.
Document Preparation:Assist in the preparation of required documents for withdrawals from housing development accounts or project accounts.
Collection Forecasting:Liaise with the project and billing department to forecast collections and ensure timely revenue recognition.
Audit Support:Assist in internal and external audit processes by preparing relevant documentation.
Financial Analysis:Provide financial insights to support management in decision-making and strategy development.
Process Improvement:Identify areas for improving financial processes and recommend enhancements for better efficiency.
Loan Servicing:Ensure timely payment of loan installments and interest to maintain good standing with financial institutions and avoid penalties.
Banking Covenants:Monitor and ensure compliance with all banking covenants related to company loans and credit facilities.
Liaison with Bankers, Company Secretary, and Solicitors:Liaise with bankers, the company secretary, and solicitors for the application of new banking facilities and for managing existing banking facilities effectively.
Ad-Hoc Assignments:Assist in any ad-hoc financial assignments or projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Education:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field.
Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is an advantage.
Experience:Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with experience in property development being an added advantage.
Technical Skills:Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel is required.
Bank Reporting:Experience in preparing and managing bank facility reports, including redemption reports and ensuring loan servicing is essential.
Cash Flow Management:Strong understanding and experience in cash flow forecasting and planning.
Communication:Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to Detail:High level of accuracy in financial reporting and loan servicing.
Problem-Solving:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
