Senior Finance Executive

AP JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Handle day to day AP function and ensure payments are processed on timeEnsure all invoices and claims are processed timelyEnsure accurate posting of all expenses and claimsResolve invoicing discrepancies and liaise closely with internal and external stakeholdersPrepare supplier payments and reconcile payment batch against supplier statement of accountExpense coding, book to correct cost center and obtain approval to pay from respective department headMaintain proper filing and keep sufficient accounting records, notes, listing and other supporting documents to justify the figures shown in the accountsDoing Bank ReconciliationGL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare monthly balance sheet schedulesPrepare management reports and commentariesAnalyze financial data to identify trends and discrepanciesPrepare monthly, quarterly & yearly full set of accountsPrepare monthly cashflow statement and manage cash flow liquidity for working capital purposePrepare SST, CP204, WHT submission Prepare income tax estimation, annual tax computation and tax expenses analysisWork with tax agent and auditor to ensure compliance to government regulationsJOB REQUIREMENT   Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Finance/AccountancyPossess at least 2 years' experience in handling full set of accounts Having experience in using Oracle Netsuite accounting software will be an added advantageProficient in Microsoft ExcelExcellent team player with good interpersonal and communications skillsProactive and positive mindsetProven ability to produce accurate and timely reportsHighly motivated, self-disciplined, and responsibleMalaysian citizen only
