Senior Finance Executive

Responsibilities:
General LedgerFull responsibility on General Ledger function
Preparing journal vouchers, accrual, prepayment, leases for rental
Maintain Fixed asset register
Check and verify inventory adjustments and write-offs
Management ReportingEnsure closure and accuracy of GL module in ERP system, and tally to AR and AP ageing
Prepare and analyse monthly Income Statement, Product P&L, Balance Sheet for Management
Check accuracy of product costing and inventory valuation report
Compile and prepare annual budget by department and by month. Monitor actual results against budget.
Other dutiesAssist in annual audit and tax filing
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:Degree/Diploma in Accounting or partial professional qualification in ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent
Minimum 5 to 7 years of accounting experience, prefer in retail industry
Well versed in MS Excel, Words, Power Point and Navision ERP accounting system
Responsible, self-driven and strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and collaboratively with other departments and colleagues.
