Senior Finance Executive

This role is responsible for managing financial reporting, reviewing invoices and payments, ensuring timely and compliant financial reports, overseeing budget management, and supporting smooth daily operations.Job Description:Oversee the production of periodic financial reports.Ensure that the reports comply with accounting principlesor financial reporting standards.
Review all invoices and paymentinstructions for appropriate documents.
Maintaining general administrative support including office files and other files related to the company's operations.
Assist inmanaging office budgets, bookkeeping tasks, record expensesand petty cash.
Maintain accounting books and recordsfor daily sales.
Purchasing office supplies and equipment.
Any other duties as and when assigned by superior or management.
Requirements:Candidate with a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate/Degree inAccounting, Finance, Business Administrationor related field is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experiencein a similar position.
Knowledge in accounting principles, statutory laws and regulations.
Hands-on experience in using accounting software egQBO and/or Cloud POS system such as StoreHub is an added advantage.
Excellent inMicrosoft Exceland other Office Suite App (Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational, time management & communication skills.
Attention to detail and well organized.
