In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing the company's financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and contributing to strategic decision-making.
You will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis while driving process improvements to support the company's growth.The ideal candidate has a strong background in finance and accounting, exceptional analytical abilities, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Responsibilities:
Assist in managing full sets of accounts - Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable (including closely following up on necessary approvals, prepare and execute payment process), Intercompany billings, Staff Reimbursement, Monthly Closing, Perform bank reconciliation, and all other related matters.
Assist in managing full sets of accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements.
Liaise with stakeholders in the departments and external stakeholders.
Assist in the development of annual budgets, periodic forecasts and enhancement of accounting procedures.
Assist in investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, internal controls, and issues of non-compliance.
Assist in ensuring the consistency of financial data including roll out, harmonizing business processes and providing visibility of operations across the entities.
Requirements:ProvideACHIEVEMENT(S)in CV.
Professional accountancy qualification and/or bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in finance and accounting functions.
Prior experience in consolidation is advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, Vlookup).
Experience in Tableau, Power BI, and Python is highly preferred.
