PEN S J Electronics Sdn Bhd is an advanced material manufacturer. Our company is a manufacturer and supplier to the global electronics, semiconductor, and thermal management markets. We manufacture thermal interface material which is used in high power computing (HPC) and high power (HP) industries.We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Finance Executive to be responsible for:
Manage and oversee all financial operations, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and preparation of financial reports.
Handle the full set of accounts, including bookkeeping, financial transactions tracking, and monitoring of fund and banking facilities.
Develop and enforce financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
Liaising with the external Auditors & Tax Consultant. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, audit guidelines, and tax regulations.
Review audited report & tax computation.
Maintain records of fixed assets and prepare cash flow statements, monthly journal entries, and year-end schedules for audit purposes.
Development and implementation of SOP and policy with proposed internal control and continuous improvement.
Manage supplier invoices, payments, journal entries, customer invoicing, billing, and bank reconciliations.
Lead the financial reporting process, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
Analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.
Provide ad-hoc data analysis and information as needed.
Any other tasks arranged by supervisor.QUALIFICATION/ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTBachelor's /Master's Degree in Accounting. Professional Accounting qualifications such as ACCA or CPA or MIA. Min CGPA 3.0.
Minimum 5 years Accounting and relevant experience.
Good technical background, including consolidated reporting, taxation matters and statutory reporting experience.
Highly organized and structured.
Strong level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to take responsibility and be accountable.
Able to work independently and as part of a broader team.
Strong time management and prioritization skills.
Good software skills, including Excel and other accounting packages.
Fluent in Mandarin is a must to deal with China stakeholders.
