You will be responsible for managing daily finance activities, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing accurate financial reports to support decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within the finance team.Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in a timely manner and comply with company policies and regulations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts by gathering and analyzing financial data.
Monitor and control the company's cash flow, ensuring that financial obligations are met.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic business decisions.
Support the finance team in streamlining and automating finance processes to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve financial discrepancies and provide support for financial queries.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, including local taxation laws, accounting standards, and audit requirements.RequirementsQualifications & Skills:Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, etc.) are a plus.Experience:At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting processes.
Experience with financial software and accounting systems.Skills:Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
