Senior Finance Executive

Your new company
This listed company specialises in the sector of property development and construction in the market.
With its expansion, the company is looking for a Senior Finance Executive.
Your new role
Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you will be tasked with:
Manage the complete set of accounts.
Oversee daily accounting operations.
Prepare and review provisional and final tax computations, tax estimates, and transfer pricing.
Prepare and review audit reports.
Compile and present necessary documents and reports for management, as well as external and internal auditors.
Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors or management.
Maintain thorough documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
Prepare, analyse, and present management accounts and annual profit or loss budgets.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
Degree in Accounting, Finance or related professional qualification in Accounting (ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent).
3 to 5 years of related experience in Accounting or Finance.
Additional Audit or Tax experience will be an added advantage.
Previous experience with a construction or infrastructure company is an added advantage.
Fresh auditors are welcome to apply.
Independent, good time management, excellent analytical skills and multitasking.
