Job DescriptionKEY JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Reconcile Intercompanies and adjust the difference
Accrual for intercompany entries and loan interest and withholding tax
Record Intercompany lease related entries
Prepare sales commission and POS commission accrual and payment
Prepare trade receivables and subcon receivables recon
Reclass credit balance at customer level in receivables
Prepare bad debt allowance entries
Allocate freight cost into various business units
Update/Maintain intangible assets book and amortization system
Perform account analysis and account review
Reconcile sub-ledger with general ledger, ensuring balance
Reconcile balance sheet account, ensuring balance
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:Degree in Accounting or Professional Certificate equivalent
Preferred with 1-2 years working experience in related job
Proficiency in numerical data analysis and rapid learning.
Able to work under minimum supervision & meet deadlines
Possess knowledge in accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger function
Able to effectively communicate with working partners at foreign countries
