The Senior Finance Manager will lead the shared service team overseeing the purchasing process across Southeast Asia, while also establishing systems and policies for the shared service center.
This role involves managing the consolidation of financial data and ensuring adherence to accounting standards, as well as supporting audit activities.

Main Duties & Responsibilities Ensure that intercompany transactions are executed with accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with the business to ensure new intercompany charges are allocated correctly to different regions based on agreed-upon rules.
Prepare and oversee the consolidation of financial statements across all entities, ensuring compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and other pertinent accounting standards.
Support the month-end and year-end closing processes by consolidating accounts and preparing essential financial reports.
Reconcile group-level balances and facilitate prompt resolution of any discrepancies.
Coordinate with external auditors to meet external audit deadlines.
Ensure that the accounts payable processes align with accounting policies.
Maintain the overall integrity of the accounts payable function across the organization.
Cultivate high performance within the accounts payable team by managing, coaching, and providing constructive feedback, fostering a highly engaged team environment.
Emphasize process improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency, operational effectiveness, and process enhancements in the accounts payable area.
Assist in the creation and implementation of new procedures and features to streamline departmental workflows.
Monitor and analyze departmental performance to develop more efficient procedures and resource utilization while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
Manage the fixed assets register, including monthly data entry, running depreciation reports, and providing monthly and annual expenditure reports by category.
Conduct quarterly reviews of Property, Plant, and Equipment (PPE) and software impairments, ensuring proper sign-off for any asset impairments.
Lead a high-performing team, driving excellence through effective management, coaching, and quality feedback.
Ensure compliance with Isentia's policies and standards, as well as adherence to all local statutory requirements.
Requirements Minimum Experience Required A solid foundation of at least 10 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or a comparable field, along with a minimum of 3 years in a finance shared services manager capacity.
Proven track record in financial management and consolidation, ideally in a managerial role.
Core Skills Exceptional proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas for data analysis and the creation of pivot tables.
Knowledge of enterprise systems such as Microsoft Dynamics and Netsuite.
Strong grasp of accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and tax regulations.
Experience in ensuring adherence to audits and regulatory mandates.
