Senior Finance Manager

Responsible for managing all accounting operations in the finance department.
Prepare and publish timely and accurate monthly financial statements.
Oversee all financial planning and analysis by coordinating and directing the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts and reporting variances.
Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
Cash flow management.
Improve efficiencies and reduce costs across the business.
Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
Responsible for own upskilling as well as recommending upskilling for subordinates.
Additional duties as necessary.
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification such as CPA or CA.
At least 10 years of relevant accounting and finance working experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years at a managerial level.
Excellent accounting knowledge.
Strong analytical abilities and excellent data analysis.
Good leadership and communication capabilities.
Proficient in MS Excel and other financial software.
Soft skills such as attention to detail, strong organization, problem-solving, and time management skills.
