Senior Finance Manager

RESPONSIBILITY : Monitor the day-to-day accounting and financial operations within the company.Supervise the month-end closing processes, prepare and review the financial reports and do in-depth COGS analysis. Prepare reporting to shareholders including presentation in monthly finance meeting.Monitor cash flow planning/fund arrangement and bank financing process.Analyze financial activities and provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans. (eg: Evaluate the financial performance and measure returns on investments)Prepare financial reports for BOD meetings and reports required by regulatory authorities.Take responsibility in budget/forecasts process for the business to ensure financial stability.Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requestsLead the finance part of the ERP implementation project. AUTHORITY : The necessary authority to ensure the above functions are carried out effectively.To engage and dismiss staff of administration with the consent of General Manager.The employee is committed to follow the targets and guidelines that are given by the General Manager.To act within the frame of the daily business and the approved budget for the company.To perform any other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.To complete assigned tasks within the time frame given.
