DOO you have what it takes?
What you'll be working on:
Bank Account Management:Handle the complete set-up of bank accounts, including filling out application forms, compiling necessary documents, and communicating with banking institutions.
Virtual Bank Interactions:Manage the onboarding process with virtual banks, which includes online applications and providing required documentation.
Compliance and Reviews:Assist in annual audits, updating directorship or authorized signatories, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and internal guidelines.
Treasury Operations:Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth treasury operations daily.
Documentation Management:Maintain accurate and comprehensive files for all bank accounts.
Banking Relationships:Work closely with banks and payment service providers to address remittance and KYC issues, ensuring efficient and secure transactions.
Cross-Departmental Support:Provide support to other departments in terms of remittance and financial transactions.
Ad-Hoc Support:Respond to and manage additional tasks as assigned by superiors related to treasury and finance.
What we're looking for:
Experience:1-2 years in a treasury or similar financial role, with hands-on experience in bank account management and cash management.
Education:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and under pressure.
Highly organized with outstanding multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
