As a member of the Asia Finance team, the Senior Financial Planning Analyst business partner with different departments and teams to consolidate, review and advice relevant stakeholders for decision making. With our office based at UOA Business Park, Shah Alam, reports to the Finance Manager in Philippines. Responsibilities Monitor closing, forecasting, and budgeting process to ensure timely submission from plants and smooth management review. Consolidate and review financial reporting package from plants including P&L, B/S and FCF. Track and drive performance achievement of cross function team. Prepare market analysis reports for management. Support Accounting functions as needed for the region. Act as business partner and provide financial support and advice for decision making. Provide finance system user support. Track global intercompany matching and data tie-outs between various systems. Conduct system trainings to colleagues. Build up long range planning to provide volume and sales trend of current and potential programs. Other Ad-hoc work requested by superiors. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above with major in finance. Professional certification is required (such as ACCA/ CGA/ CMA/ CPA). 3 or more years related working experience in MNCs from manufacturing industry (Auto Industry/Big 4 experience is a plus). Strong sense of ownership with the ability to work under pressure. Fluent in both Mandarin (to deal with China stakeholders) and English - oral and written. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). High level of accuracy and attention to details.
