What you'll be doing?
Drive Product Sales:Market and sell a diverse range of Bancassurance life insurance products to meet the needs of existing and potential bank customers.
Achieve Targets:Work towards individual sales goals while contributing to the overall success of your branch.
Provide Expert Advice:Offer professional guidance and recommend appropriate financial products based on each client's unique needs.
Collaborate with Leadership:Work closely with Branch Managers and Banca Business Managers to align sales activities with business objectives.
Ensure Client Satisfaction:Deliver excellent after-sales service to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
Manage Leads:Efficiently plan and follow up on all leads to maximize sales opportunities.
Performance Review:Regularly review your performance with the Branch Manager to identify areas for growth and improvement.
Maintain Compliance:Ensure all licensing and CPD requirements are met to maintain your ability to sell Bancassurance life insurance products.
Who are they looking for?
Educational Background:Candidates with a minimum of SPM qualification (5 passes, including Bahasa Malaysia) or a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Sales Experience:At least 3 years of experience in Bancassurance or related sales roles.
Language Skills:Proficiency in both English and Malay to effectively communicate with diverse clients.
Insurance Licenses:While not required, candidates holding full insurance licenses (PCE/CEILI/TBE) will have a competitive advantage.
