Job description
Manage Market revenue processes such as contract review and management, revenue recognition, month-end-close, forecasting, project management, balance sheet analysis, annual budget activities, annual audit and risk matrix review.
Perform periodic reporting and forecasting analysis to identify key financial drivers, providing insightful commentary supporting ongoing business decisions.
Serve as Subject Matter Expert in Revenue Decision Engine (RDE) tool and its continuous maintenance.
Collaborate with the Group Revenue Recognition (GRR) team and Regional Financial Controllers to ensure contract review and revenue recognition processes adhere to Experian Accounting Policy with adequate evidence of revenue support.
Work with the Finance Director, Financial Business Partner, and Financial Controllers to understand business performance, current issues, and trends covering P&L, balance sheet, and monitoring key KPIs to ensure reporting, budgeting, and forecasting requirements are met.
Promote best practices by proactively participating in Global and Regional projects to drive continuous business process improvements, improve efficiency, and add value to the business.
Ensure excellent and consistent data quality in the financial systems.
Leverage Experian finance system capabilities to optimize reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
Experience of working in a Financial Accounting or FP&A function (5+ years), including dealing with stakeholders in different global locations.
Qualified Accountant with a strong university degree qualification.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to build complex financial models and graphs. Knowledge of and experience using financial reporting systems (such as Hyperion Smartview, Tableau, GenAI) would be preferred.
Highly effective communication and presentation of propositions and solutions. Ability to deliver and pitch ideas to a wide audience at different levels.#J-18808-Ljbffr
