Job DescriptionManage Market revenue processes such as contract review and management, revenue recognition, month-end-close, forecasting, project management, balance sheet analysis, annual budget activities, annual audit and risk matrix review.
Perform periodic reporting and forecasting analysis to identify key financial drivers, provide insightful commentary supporting ongoing business decisions.
Subject Matter Expert in Revenue Decision Engine (RDE) tool and continuous maintenance.
Collaborate with Group Revenue Recognition (GRR) team and Regional Financial Controllers to ensure contract review and revenue recognition processes are in adherence to Experian Accounting Policy with adequate evidence of revenue support.
Collaborate with Finance Director, Financial Business Partner and Financial Controllers to understand business performance, current issues and trends covering P&L, balance sheet and monitoring key KPI's to ensure reporting, budgeting and forecasting requirements are met.
Promote best practice by proactively participating in Global and Regional projects to drive continuous business process improvements, improve efficiency and add value to the business.
Ensure excellent and consistent data quality in the financial systems.
Ensure Experian finance system capabilities are being leveraged to optimize reporting efficiency.
QualificationsExperience of working in a Financial Accounting or FP&A function (5+ years), including dealing with stakeholders in different global locations.
Qualified Accountant with strong university degree qualification.
High Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint – with an ability to build complex financial models and graphs. Knowledge of and experience using financial reporting systems (such as Hyperion Smartview, Tableau, GenAI) would be preferred.
Highly effective communication and presentation of propositions and solutions. Deliver and pitch ideas to a wide audience at different levels.
