-Senior Community Associate (Senior Front of House):
As a Senior Comm Team, you are an Acting Studio Lead. You also must act as a brand ambassador, championing successful teamwork and encouraging healthy ways of communicating.
You are expected to carry out all studio duties and responsibilities to the highest standards to set the best possible example for the rest of the team, especially the other community team members who will look to you for support and guidance.
REPORTING LINE: Junior Studio Lead | Sr Studio Lead
ROLE OVERVIEW: Reporting to either the Jr Studio Lead or the Sr Studio Lead, the person in this position is to effectively handle all aspects of customer experience, and facilities to ensure that the studio under their care is successful business units.
Other than the standard task in the studio:
-You will learn how to work within the business (on shifts) and in the Company to drive top performance.
-During admin time (within shift times), you will support the (Jr Studio leads/Sr Studio Leads) in their task and support building maintenance works, customer service support, pulling reports, purchasing and ordering.
-Most of your schedule will be on shifts where you will lead the team and monitor quality control of the staff and business operations.
-You continually develop and direct your team through coaching, feedback and follow-through to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Junior Studio Lead:

ROLE OVERVIEW: Reporting to either the Department Lead or the Sr Studio Lead, the person in this position is to effectively handle all aspects of customer experience, class quality, human resources (community associates), and facilities to ensure that the studio under their care is successful business units.

-You will learn how to work within the business (on shifts) and in the Company to drive top performance.
-During admin time (within shift times), you will support the (Sr Studio Leads) in their task and support building maintenance works, customer service support, pulling reports, purchasing and ordering.
