Job Summary
Seeking an expert-level Functional Analyst for Adobe Commerce Cloud to bridge business needs and technical implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements for Adobe Commerce Cloud
Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
Create functional specifications for software development
Conduct user interviews and facilitate requirement workshops
Develop use cases, user stories, and process flows
Perform gap analysis between current and desired states
Support testing and validation of implemented solutions
Provide training and support to end-users
EMPLOYMENT TYPE:Full time, permanent position
WORK SCHEDULE:9 AM to 6 PM
WORK LOCATION:Hybrid (mix of work from home and minimum 2x a month onsite).

Required Qualifications
5+ years' experience as a Business/Functional Analyst with Adobe Commerce Cloud
Expert-level understanding of Adobe Commerce Cloud (Magento) architecture and features
Strong knowledge of B2C and B2B e-commerce processes
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Adobe Commerce Business Practitioner certification
Familiarity with D365 and integrations with e-commerce platforms
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
Understanding of UX/UI principles in e-commerce context
