Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Google AdWords Performance Marketer to join our digital marketing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing high-impact Google AdWords campaigns that drive traffic, lead generation, and customer acquisition for our financial services products.
Your expertise in financial ads and deep understanding of the Google Ads ecosystem will be crucial in achieving our growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement comprehensive Google AdWords strategies tailored to the financial services industry.
Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Search, Display, Video, and Remarketing networks.
Ad Creation & Testing:Write compelling ad copy and design engaging visual ads that adhere to financial industry regulations and best practices.
Conduct A/B testing to continually refine ad performance.
Keyword Research & Management:Perform extensive keyword research to identify high-performing and cost-effective keywords.
Implement effective bidding strategies to maximize ROI while maintaining compliance with financial ad regulations.
Budget Management:Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI while staying within budget constraints.
Monitor and adjust bids and budgets based on campaign performance.
Performance Analysis:Use Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Compliance & Regulation:Ensure all ads comply with financial industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Stay up-to-date with changes in industry regulations and Google Ads policies.
Competitor Analysis:Conduct regular analysis of competitors' advertising strategies and market trends.
Use insights to refine and enhance our own campaigns.
Collaboration & Communication:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and compliance, to ensure cohesive and compliant ad campaigns.
Communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders.
Continuous Learning:Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Google AdWords and the financial services industry.
Apply new knowledge to improve campaign performance.
Qualifications:
Education:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in Google AdWords management, with a proven track record in the financial services industry.
Google Ads Expertise:In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platforms, including Search, Display, Video, and Remarketing.
Strong understanding of ad formats, targeting options, and bidding strategies.
Financial Ads Experience:Extensive experience in managing ads for financial services products, including familiarity with the specific compliance and regulatory considerations in this industry.
Analytical Skills:Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Proficient in using Google Analytics, Google Ads reporting, and other performance analysis tools.
Creative Skills:Ability to craft compelling ad copy and develop visually engaging ads that resonate with target audiences while adhering to industry standards.
Project Management:Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Communication Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Certifications:Google Ads certification is required.
Additional certifications in analytics or financial marketing are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with programmatic advertising and other PPC platforms (e.g., Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Familiarity with financial regulations such as ASIC, FCA, or similar.
Proficiency in using advanced tools such as Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, and third-party bid management software.#J-18808-Ljbffr
