Role Overview:
The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for leading the design and execution of visual assets and materials across various channels, ensuring creativity, quality, and brand consistency.
They will oversee the graphic design team, mentor junior designers, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful visual solutions.
Responsibilities:
Lead the conceptualization, design, and production of visual assets and materials, including logos, branding materials, marketing collateral, digital graphics, and print materials.
Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and standards across all design projects, maintaining consistency in visual identity and messaging.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, branding, and creative, to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers, guiding them in the execution of design projects and fostering their professional growth.
Stay updated on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies, continually seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Work closely with external vendors, printers, and agencies to ensure the successful execution and delivery of design projects.
Present design concepts and proposals to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed to achieve project goals.
