Responsible for the ideation and creation of new visual styles and presentations that are dynamic and engaging to enhance the appeal of our advertising materials.
This role's creative expertise will play a pivotal role in elevating our brand presence and captivating prospective customers across various platforms.
Your responsibilities will be:
Develop creative designs that support marketing campaigns and help achieve their goals.
Brainstorm and collaborate with teammates to deliver concepts (mood boards, mockups, digital designs, etc.)
and turn ideas into reality.
Multitask across a wide variety of diverse projects.
Create and develop innovative designs for various mediums, including print, digital, and social media, following design principles and briefs.
Take ownership of projects by understanding creative goals—asking the right questions, seeking answers, accepting feedback, and following through.
Conduct research and stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technology to ensure the team is producing modern and innovative work.
Communicate design ideas and concepts clearly and effectively to team members.
Maintain an organized workflow, ensuring all design files are properly labeled, stored, and backed up.
To be eligible for this role, you will require:
Minimum 3 years of graphic design experience.
Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design.
