The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for development of all visual aspects of our advertising campaigns, ensuring they align with the strategic goals and brand guidelines of our clients.
This role requires a visionary leader with a keen eye for design, a deep understanding of visual storytelling, and the ability to inspire and guide a team of designers and artists.
The Senior Graphic Designer will work closely with the Art Director, copywriters, account managers, and clients to bring concepts to life.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute creative concepts that meet the strategic objectives of our clients.
Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high-quality work.
Collaborate with copywriters and other creative team members to produce cohesive and compelling campaigns.
Present and pitch creative ideas to clients, articulating the vision and rationale behind the concepts.
Oversee the production process, ensuring that all visual elements are delivered on time and within budget.
Stay current with industry trends, tools, and techniques, and incorporate them into the creative process.
Maintain brand consistency across all projects and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
Review and approve all visual materials before they are presented to clients or published.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Art Director in an advertising agency or similar environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, including digital and print campaigns.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
