Senior Graphic Designer(Merchandise)

Job Responsibilities:Collaborate and report to the Director of Business Development & Creative Director on conceptualising and executing projects
Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing collaterals
Create prototypes and mockups to test and refine designs, considering practicality, cost-effectiveness, and manufacturability while remaining true to the original design concept
Provide feedback and oversee merchandise product quality from design and sampling to final production ensuring it aligns with the design vision
Stay up-to-date with the latest and emerging trends to ensure we create products that remain relevant and appealing to target consumers, driving sales and brand appeal
Work closely with the supplier end-to-end throughout the sampling to final production stages, ensuring the final product mirrors the original design concept and meets our quality expectations
Ensure projects are completed on schedule
Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications
Stay updated and research on current market trends on design/retail design
Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by heads
Requirements:At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Computer literate (email, excel, word etc)
Able to take initiative and work independently
Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver
Able to work independently and complete tasks within the deadline
