Transform complex financial concepts into visually striking and easily understood graphics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive user interfaces for our trading platforms
Develop and maintain our visual design system, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
Create eye-catching marketing materials that capture our brand essence and resonate with our global audience
Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence
Stay ahead of design trends, bringing fresh ideas and innovative techniques to our team

Have 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your versatility and creativity
Hold a BA/BS in Design or equivalent practical experience
Are proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and ideally have experience with 3D software like Blender or C4D
Have a deep understanding of design systems and can create style guides for cross-functional use
Possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Are experienced in creating designs that work across complex products and multiple platforms
