Senior Group Finance Manager

You will be in charge of:
Financial Leadership & Oversight:
Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and development opportunities.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard financial assets and prevent fraud.
Manage financial risk and implement mitigation strategies.Financial Analysis & Planning:
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare financial forecasts and budgets, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
Conduct cost-benefit analysis for new projects and initiatives.
Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.Group Reporting & Compliance Requirements:
Ensure compliance with bursa requirements and regulations.
Manage investor relations and communications.Tax Compliance & Planning:
Ensure compliance with local, national, and international tax regulations.
Optimize tax liabilities through effective tax planning strategies.
Manage tax audits and assessments.Treasury Management:
Oversee cash flow management, ensuring adequate liquidity to meet operational needs.
Manage foreign exchange risk and implement hedging strategies.
Establish and maintain banking relationships.Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and accounting standards (e.g., IFRS).
Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.The Successful Applicant:
You will be suitable for this role if you:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a finance leadership role within a listed company.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, ERP systems).
In-depth understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and internal controls.
