Job Responsibilities: Oversee the entire payroll process, including verifying staff attendance records and ensuring timely monthly payments.Compile payroll data by preparing payroll, completing necessary reports, and maintaining accurate records promptly.Manage attendance verification and leave tracking, ensuring all leave records are updated and a physical record of leave entitlement is maintained.Provide support for all HR and administrative tasks, including recruitment, job reporting, performance management, employee transfers, promotions, resignations, and terminations.Prepare daily and monthly work reports as required.Administer employee benefits, including liaising with PERKESO and insurance companies on behalf of employees regarding any claims.Handle general correspondence with internal and external parties, including drafting HR-related letters.Maintain and update employee records regularly.Coordinate and arrange orientation sessions, external training, and internal training as needed.Prepare periodic HR reports for supervisors, both monthly and as necessary.Organize and securely file all employee records, ensuring confidentiality.Assist supervisors with HR administrative and operational tasks.Contribute to the development of departmental goals, objectives, procedures, and systems.Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Human Resource Management, or a related field.Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English.A minimum of five years of relevant working experience is required for this position.Preferably a Senior Executive specializing in Human Resources or a related field.Strong proficiency in both written and verbal communication.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient in task management.
