HR Matters Handling leaves and claims Managing human resource related jobs, eg: memo, evaluation form, employee transfer, promotes, resignations and terminations Ensure HR practices are followed and in compliance to all requirements of Government regulations Liaise with government authorities and statutory bodies on matters related to Human Resources Contributing to the development of HR Department goals, objectives and systems Develop and maintain HR System in compliance and aligned with company policies Perform any other relevant and related responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time as required by Management 4.
