Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our Malaysia team. This role will be fully responsible for the company's human resources management, with a focus on recruitment, compensation and performance management, policy development, and ensuring strict compliance with Malaysia's labor laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate should be capable of collaborating with technical teams to establish and implement performance evaluation and reward mechanisms. Additionally, this role will involve some administrative responsibilities, assisting with the company's daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Talent Management:
1.Develop a comprehensive recruitment plan aligned with the company's business development strategy, ensuring timely fulfillment of staffing needs across departments.
2.Lead and optimize the recruitment process, selecting high-quality candidates, particularly for mid- to senior-level management and technical positions.
3.Develop and maintain local and international recruitment channels, build a talent pool, and enhance the company's talent reserve capabilities.
4.Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company culture.
Compensation and Performance Management:
1.Design and manage the company's compensation system, regularly conducting market salary surveys to ensure the competitiveness of compensation and benefits.
2.Collaborate with management and technical leaders to establish a scientific performance evaluation system, and set annual performance goals and assessment standards.
3.Implement performance evaluations, ensuring fairness and transparency, motivating employees to continuously improve their performance.
4.Lead feedback and communication following performance evaluations, assist employees in creating personal development plans, and drive employee career growth.
HR Policy Development and Implementation:
1.Develop comprehensive HR management policies in line with the company's strategic development needs, covering areas such as recruitment, compensation, and employee relations.
2.Regularly review and optimize existing policies to ensure they meet company development requirements and comply with Malaysia's labor laws.
3.Handle employee relations matters, including complaints and conflict resolution, to foster a harmonious work environment.
Labor Law and Policy Compliance:
1.Ensure the company's strict compliance with Malaysia's labor laws, social security, and tax regulations. Stay updated on legal changes and adjust company policies accordingly.
2.Manage internal and external labor law compliance reviews to reduce legal risks and ensure the legality of employee contracts, benefits, and wage systems.
3.Maintain communication with external government agencies and labor organizations, handling various matters related to labor regulations to protect the company's legal rights.
Administrative and Operational Support:
1.Assist in managing the company's daily administrative tasks, such as office environment optimization and employee benefits management, ensuring operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
2.Participate in and support cross-departmental projects, especially those related to HR, providing HR analysis and recommendations for decision-making.
3.Lead the planning and implementation of employee activities, enhancing company culture, and fostering employee cohesion and sense of belonging.
4.Assist company executives with other temporary tasks, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in HR management.
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
2.Over 5 years of experience in human resources management, with a preference for candidates with an IT industry background.
3.Deep understanding of Malaysia's labor laws and HR practices, with experience in policy development and implementation.
4.Proficiency in English, Malay, and Chinese (Mandarin).
5.Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to formulate and drive HR strategy execution.
6.Strong communication and organizational skills, able to work closely with cross-functional teams.
7.Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, capable of independently solving complex problems.
