You'll play a vital role in influencing and implementingend-to-end HR strategies, streamlining day-to-day operations, andcontributing to a world-class employee experience. The Senior HRBusiness Partner will be responsible for various HR tasks such asimplementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuringcompliance with labour, employment laws, and regulatoryrequirements, and overseeing performance management processes. Theywill work closely with the business to support the organization'sstrategic goals and foster a positive workenvironment. Partner withbusiness leaders to understand their needs and challenges,translating them into actionable HR strategies andsolutions.Provide expert advice and guidance on allaspects of the HR lifecycle including performance management,compensation and benefits, employee relations, and learning anddevelopment.Develop, implement, and manage HRprograms and initiatives that support business objectives andenhance employeeengagement.Manage employee relations issues withprofessionalism and tact, fostering a positive and respectful workenvironment.Stay up-to-date on all applicable labor,employment laws, and regulatory requirements to ensurecompliance.Build and maintain strong relationshipswith key stakeholders across the organization, including employees,managers, and executives.Coach and mentor HR colleagues, fosteringa collaborative and supportive workenvironment.Analyze HR metrics and data to measurethe effectiveness of programs and identify areas forimprovement.Partner with the HR team to develop anddeliver HR programs andinitiatives. To thrive in this role,you'll possess the following: Bachelor'sdegree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or arelated field.5+ years of experience in a progressiveHR generalist or business partnerrole.Proven track record of success inachieving strategicgoals.Strong understanding of HR principles,practices, and bestpractices.In-depth knowledge of labor, employmentlaws, and regulatoryrequirements.Excellent communication, interpersonal,and problem-solvingskills.Ability to manage multiple priorities andwork independently.Strong analytical and data-drivendecision-making skills.Proficiency in Workday or HR informationsystems (HRIS) aplus.
