OnsitePurpose of Role:
The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing expert HR guidance and support to drive business objectives. This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's goals, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR:Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and drive organizational performance.
Industrial & Employee Relations:Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on all HR-related matters, including Union management, conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement.
Talent Management:Oversee the talent acquisition process, including workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding. Develop and implement strategies for talent retention and succession planning.
Performance Management:Lead the performance appraisal process, providing guidance on goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
Compliance:Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that promote a fair and inclusive workplace.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on business partnering and talent management. Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above.
Strategic Thinking:Ability to align HR initiatives with business strategy and contribute to the local business strategy.
Talent Acquisition and Development:Strong knowledge of the local talent market, talent sourcing, and development practices.
Relationship Building:Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with business leaders, employees, and HR colleagues.
