Based in our Nilai, Negeri Sembilan location; you will support HR Team in employee relations, industrial relations, recruitment for direct labor, and other administration task.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Support the management on employee relations processes and procedures to enable effective management, conflict resolution, and problem solving.
Conducting, overseeing and/or otherwise assisting with employee relation issues to handle employee concerns and grievances and to identify and implement appropriate employee action and accountability practices.
Assisting the management in maintaining relationships with employees & ensuring that the Company's treatment of employees is consistent with its core business values and objectives.
Support the Manager in workforce planning & recruitment activities including workforce requisition processing, planning, and reporting, salary benchmarking for new joiners, etc.
for production.
Handling Expatriate Assignment from/for Nilai, Singapore, Indian and China including identifying visa and permit, accommodation, transportation, and their allowance.
Conducting onboarding for newly join production employees and other expatriate assignments.
To lead Company record Retention activities in yearly basis.
Initiating engagement program such as S&R, CSR, Festival Events and many more to increase employee retention and harmonization.
Supplier Registration for HR  Be a committee for the Company activities such as Safety Meeting for both site, Continuous Improvement Team, Green Team, and Internal Audits team.
Willing to work on HR Transformation project.

For This Role, You Will Need: Minimum years years of working experience in related field.
Sound knowledge of Employment Act and IR Act.
Excellent in Data Analysis using Microsoft Office Excel, Power Point, etc.
Experience in handling IR-related issues is desirable.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field.
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Result orientated with strong desire for continuous learning and improvement.
Able to deliver training and interact with employees at all levels.
