Job ResponsibilitiesMaintenance and updating of employee's information in HR systems
Review and administer HR procedures & processes & reporting
Maintenance of files and HR documents
Generate monthly reports when required
Liaise with accounting personnel for payroll-related matters and liaise with government bodies (e.g. KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, etc.) on all statutory requirements whilst maintaining all data private & confidential.
Monitor employee's discipline and misconduct issues such as staff counselling, issuance of show cause and warning letters or termination proceedings
Preparation of HR-related letters and correspondences and liaise with the relevant authority/government department if necessary.
Prepare for internal and external audits, ensuring accurate data and maintenance of ISO required documents.
Supervise & guide subordinates to complete jobs on time
Maintain strict confidentiality on all job-related matters
Provide human resources and administrative support
Carry out employee benefits and welfare activities which include Group Insurance Policy
Execute payroll-related tasks; including investigating and resolving payroll matters, maintaining accurate payroll records, generating reports for decision making, performing payroll reconciliations, ensuring compliance with Company requirements and regulatory standards.
Coach and mentor HR & admin officers – work planning & delegation, followed by review of assigned tasks.
Handle all HR-related matters and undertake tasks as assigned by management.
Routine and ad-hoc reporting as per management request
Assist in any ad-hoc projects assigned
Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field
At least 5 years' experience in handling a full spectrum of HR function
Accountability, accuracy, and a hard-working trait
Good managerial and coaching skills
Knowledge of labor laws and other related laws
Strong analytical ability and able to prioritize issues for problem resolution
Good interpersonal and communication skills along with problem-solving skills
Computer proficient, especially in using PowerPoint and Excel
