An International Marketing Technology company from China focusing on various marketing technology platforms to assist various businesses go global.
Working Location : MENARA UOA BANGSAR Working Hours : Mon - Fri, 10am - 7pm Salary Range : RM 3,500 - RM 4,500+ Responsibilities Primary responsibility for recruitment tasks (resume screening, interview scheduling).
Managing employee onboarding processes, including the maintenance of employee records.
Office environment management, ensuring cleanliness in both personal and common areas.
Organizing office supplies and reporting the requirements for office essentials.
Keeping records of office supplies and fixed assets.
Ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of utilities such as water, electricity, and the network.
Attendance management, which includes maintaining records of employee leave, annual leave usage, verifying employee attendance (clock-in records), and reminding employees to make up for missed punches, among other tasks.
Planning team-building activities.
Qualifications: Basic Malaysia speaking , Mandarin speaker is added advantage.
Strong communication and execution skills, excellent copywriting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
