a) Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including talent sourcing, placement of job advertisements, shortlisting, conducting interviews, background checks, onboarding, and all recruitment-related administrative functions advertisement posting, candidate screening, interview coordination etc.
b) Identifies passive and active candidates by leveraging a variety of recruitment resources such as job boards, social media, resume databases, job fairs and referrals; communicates and coordinates recruitment advertising.
c) To handle foreign workers management activities including recruitment, permit application & renewal etc.
d) Manage foreign worker insurance, process government related claims, & etc.
e) Planning, coordinating and organizing training activities and updating of training records.
f) Assisting in arranging training related matters to meet training needs.
g) Managing all HR documentation and memos including employment contracts, confirmation, promotion, warning letters, termination and acceptance of resignation, etc
h) Assist HR Manager in employee relations, grievances, and staff disciplinary issues
i) Assist HR Manager to prepare the necessary letter related to Industrial Relations such as show cause letter, advice, reminder, suspension without pay, or warning letter.
j) Manage all HR information and employee data when there are Employee Movements e.g.
new hires, transfer, terminations, resign and etc.
k) Provides appropriate first level advice, guidance and support to staff on all HR areas.
l) Responsible for:
• CIDB company registration and renewal license.
• CIDB employee registration and renewal license.
• CIDB company SCORE renewal
m) Perform day to day HR operation and ad.-hoc task given by superior and Manager.#J-18808-Ljbffr
