Senior Hr Executive

Handles complete payroll process, ensuring legal compliance, timeliness and accuracy.
Responsible for data entry and maintenance of employees' data in HRMS and SAP systems, administer time attendance, leave and claims modules in the payroll system.
Administer employee benefits including employee insurances and benefits claims.
Communicate changes in payroll, taxation, and benefits policies to employees, and provide guidance on related inquiries.
Maintain and update personnel files, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
Assist in payroll audit.
Support on compensation and benefits (C&B) matters.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in related field in a manufacturing environment with good knowledge in payroll and C&B.
Ability to communicate effectively with good interpersonal skill.
Familiar with Success Factor, SAP, HR cloud systems.
Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and data quality.
