Senior Hr Executive

Core ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and job offers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and conflict resolution.
Oversee employee onboarding, probation, and offboarding processes.
Manage HR systems, payroll, attendance, and employee records.
Collaborate with managers on performance management, goal setting, and development plans.
Identify training needs and coordinate development programs in alignment with company goals.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and internal policies.
Administer employee benefits programs and manage insurance enrollments.
Support company events and initiatives, collaborating across departments.
QualificationsDegree/Diploma in any discipline (Psychology, Communications, Business, HR major preferred)
HR related work experiences and familiar with HR operations
3-4 years of experience as Senior HR Executive
